Staying on top of necessary change and strategically positioning your organisation for future growth without alienating your employees is critical but not always an easy process. Guidance can streamline the process and ensure your company brand stays intact.

At FMWtransition we tailor our services to suit your needs as well as your budget. We can assist in your early planning stages, attend at notification day and then facilitate the selected ongoing individual programs and/or group workshops. This process is not an easy one for employers so we would advise an early discussion with us about how we can strengthen your relationship with both the departing employees as well as keeping those remaining inspired.

Did you know that more than 50% of newly-transitioned companies perform below the industry average?

Planning a restructure
Our consultants can guide you through the necessary restructure procedures to ensure a smoother and more effective transition. Planning the communication strategy and the timing of your workforce changes can be critical.
On-site notification support
Most Managers are inexperienced in delivering the exit messages particularly if there are a large number involved. Preparing your script and being there on site to spend time with those leaving is all part of the available service. Easing the trauma and stress on all those involved is vital.
Programs or workshops
Select from individual programs from one month to three months including optional Harrison Assessment tool or workshops to suit your budget.

There is no ‘right way’ to approach community engagement. Every situation and circumstance is different and requires a tailored approach to enable appropriate participation. Community engagement can take many forms and covers a broad range of activities.

Informing the community of changes that will impact them.  This is usually facilitated through fact sheets, open houses and web sites.

Consulting the community is to build awareness and understanding but also is a process to invite feedback and analysis of alternative views. Tools used to enable consulting include surveys, focus groups and public meetings.

Involving the community and stakeholders through a range of mechanisms to ensure that issues and concerns are understood and considered as part of the decision-making process. Workshops, targeted interviews and measured polling of opinions are used at this level of community and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborating with the community by developing partnerships to formulate options and provide recommendations. Examples include peak bodies, advisory committees and participatory decision making through consensus.

Empowering the community to make decisions and to implement and manage change. At this level of engagement, the final decision is in the hands of the public. An example might be a citizen jury.
