As an independent coach, Philippa values the privilege of being a confidential thinking partner and sounding board. Using a range of well-established tools and techniques, including assessments, Philippa supports people in identifying and achieving their professional and/or personal goals with improved skills and enhanced clarity, confidence and effectiveness.
After 15 plus years’ experience in organisational change management Philippa has developed a commitment to the expanding field of executive, leadership and career coaching. She has worked in leadership, project and consulting roles in a diverse range of organisations successfully implementing major workplace change. The catalysts for these changes included organisation restructures, culture transformation programs and process improvement projects.
Philippa’s coaching methods draw significantly from this work experience as well as post graduate studies in Business and (most recently) in Executive Coaching Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration (with a Human Resource Management major) she has recently completed post graduate studies at the US-based College of Executive Coaching, an international coach training organisation for professionals with graduate degrees which delivers world class accredited training recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Together Fran and Philippa hold professional membership in The Career Development Association of Australia CDAA, International Coaching Federation ICF and Australian Human Resource Institute AHRI
